1. Licensing & Access

Each purchase, course access, or digital product license is assigned to one individual user account only. You are not permitted to resell, share, distribute, or transfer your license, login, course access, templates, worksheets, or frameworks to anyone else. Any unauthorised sharing or distribution will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

2. Use of Digital Products

Our digital products, frameworks, checklists, templates, and course materials are for personal and educational use only and may not be repurposed, repackaged, resold, or offered commercially without written permission.

3. Warranty

Our templates, frameworks, and digital files are designed to function on the platforms specified at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin, integration, or browser. We do not guarantee performance if files are modified by the user or combined with third-party tools beyond our control.

4. Support Policy

Support includes:

Assistance with installation, setup, and basic configuration of the purchased template or resource Small adjustments or minor tweaks to help the product function as intended

Support does not include:

Platform-level support (e.g., for Systeme.io, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Kajabi, etc.) Custom development Feature creation Heavy design or functional modifications Support for third-party plugins or integrations

Support Hours:

Monday to Friday Typical response time: within 24 hours Weekend responses are not guaranteed

All support is provided only via email Goat@metricer.in.

We do not offer support via social media, comments, private messages, or any platform outside email.

5. Template Compatibility

We make every effort to keep our templates and digital files updated to work smoothly with the latest versions of supported platforms.

However, older platform versions or outdated systems may cause issues for which we cannot assume responsibility.

6. Browser Compatibility

Templates and digital designs are tested on the latest versions of major browsers including:

Google Chrome Safari Firefox

Some older browser versions may not support certain features.

7. Refund Policy

As we sell digital, non-returnable products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are only considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within:

14 days of purchase for courses 7 days for digital templates or downloads

Refunds may only be approved if:

You have accessed less than 75% of the course, and You demonstrate that you attempted the steps but were unable to use the product as intended

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind Incompatibility due to outdated systems Lack of platform knowledge Not using the product

Our team will always attempt to resolve your issue before considering a refund.

8. Price & Service Changes

Metricer Academy reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change the price of any product, subscription, or service at any time without notice.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for tools, apps, or resources.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

Policies or practices of third-party sites Data use or tracking practices Security or performance of external websites

We strongly recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before using their services.

10. Copyright & Photo Use

Any demo photos used in previews may be licensed stock images and are shown for demonstration purposes only. Unless explicitly stated, digital products do not include copyrighted images. Users are responsible for replacing demo images with their own licensed assets.

11. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All digital products, frameworks, templates, lessons, videos, assets, and course content remain the exclusive property of Metricer Academy.

You may not:

Claim ownership over our materials Redistribute, republish, or resell any content Create competing products using Metricer Academy resources Use our content for commercial teaching or coaching without explicit written permission

Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, and removal of access with no refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

Metricer Academy is not responsible for:

Your business outcomes Platform downtime Third-party tool failures Loss of income or opportunities Technical issues caused by external factors

Your use of our products is at your own risk.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
